A note from me ……
Toni Sheppard – Director and Guest Expert
For as long as I can remember I’ve had an interest and fascination with people. I guess some cynics might say I was overly inquisitive (read as nosey!) yet it was more than that. I genuinely wanted to help. So, it seemed only natural that I should start my career in retail where I could make sure every one of my customers left with exactly what they wanted and with a smile on their faces.
The need to help ‘customers’ has developed over my years spent in commercial business, service training and customer relations to a desire to utilise my skills and expertise, much of which has been gleaned from working with many brilliant and inspiring people, and to put all of this learning to good use with more people and more businesses.
In creating Guest Expert our mission is simple.
- To positively enhance and step change the performance of the businesses and people that we work with.
- To add commercial value, assist organisations and individuals to change where needed, and to support teams and individuals with their personal and professional development.
- Always, with one clear focus – ‘helping the customer’ in whatever forms that takes.
